SHIPPING                                    

We ship your order using the most efficient method, although the size or weight of some items requires a specific carrier be used. With all shipments, you can be sure that the most economical shipping method is chosen unless another method is requested. UPS  can not deliver to P.O. Box numbers, please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery(using ground service) before calling on order status.
  • A $2.00 fee is added to each order to cover some of the cost of boxes, tape, labels, packing materials, and insurance

  • International orders fee vary

  • We do not make a profit on shipping.  Please note that some products are considered Oversize by UPS (United Parcel Service)  may have  an extra charge added on.

  • PAYMENT POLICY
    We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,American Express & Discover) for payment. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received.
    PRICES
    Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct layout & printing errors. Quantities of some products may be limited, so don't delay. Current prices supersede all previous prices.
    BACK ORDERING
    We strive to maintain an ample stock of all goods shown. However if a backorder should occur, the backorder items will be shipped immediately from one of our vendors.
    RETURN POLICY
    Returns will ONLY be accepted with prior authorization and within 7 days of customer receipt. The customer must provide a copy of the invoice, reason for return, authorization code, and untampered merchandise with the original packaging.  A 20% re-stocking fee may be charged if merchandise is not found to be defective or if it is not returned within the 7-day period. Returns of damaged shipments require carrier notification before calling for return authorization. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. However, Basic Home Shopping  will reimburse the customer for return shipping costs if merchandise is found to be defective.
